What payment methods does Luxevel accept?
Luxevel accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. Online orders can also be placed via Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Paypal, Afterpay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay Installments.
You will be charged upon order placement. Any canceled items / canceled orders will be refunded to the original form of payment.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed after 12 pm CST, will be processed the following business day. Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday in the order they are received.
Orders placed with Ground Shipping typically take 3-6 business days to process prior to shipping.
Expedited orders (3 Day, 2nd Day and Next Day Air) placed before 12 PM CST will ship the same business day.
Expedited orders placed after 12 PM CST, will be processed and shipped the following business day.
Transit times may be extended due to incomplete shipping address (i.e. missing or invalid apartment number/street number), weather conditions, and/or high volume.

U.S. shipping excludes Territories of the United States: Puerto Rico, Guam, America Samoa, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. For our Alaska customers, we currently offer Ground, 2 Day or Next Day only. For our Hawaii customers we only offer Ground shipping, check back with us soon!
*We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses and do not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays.

Canceling Or Making Changes to An Order
Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to make changes to your order. This includes order cancellations, item cancellations or change of address. Please note that we are not able to change the address of an order once it has shipped.
